Handeck Reserve Olives Chateau de Bourgogne is aA hard, aged cheese made in Woodstock, Ontario, using milk from the family farm. Handeck is inspiried by Swiss mountain style cheeses, with a washed rind, rich, golden coloured paste with complex nutty and bright flavours. Aged for two years, with a Reserve version aged 2 4 years that is released each December.
