La Giuva Il Rientro 2016 Color:Red Raymond and Genevive Jaubert establishedThis ripasso style Valpolicella Superiore, has half of the grapes dried for two weeks before fermentation, the resulting wine is then blended with a fresh Valpolicella before being aged in oak for 12 months. Il Rientro is rich and deep with notes of deep black cherry, liquorice, leather, dried fruit and sweet spice. Surprisingly fresh for the style, this is a wonderfully balanced wine with layers of complexity.
