The volcanic soils and dry climate of Lake County are ideal for growing this blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre. We add a splash of Petite Sirah and Petite Verdot for a little extra Oomph! We ferment this at a warm 85F to bring out the fruit characters of each varietal. Tasting Notes Plums, raspberries and spices fill your pallet. The aromas of berries, caramel and tobacco resonate long
