Jordan Blanc de Blancs MCC 2017 Liqueurs Distilled in July 2010 andJordan Blanc de Blancs MCC 2017 is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Grapes were harvested from 22 year old vines planted in Glenrosa and Hutton soil. The whole bunches are pressed and only the best cuvee fractions are used for the base wine. After primary fermentation, the wine goes through malolactic fermentation to give richness to the wine. Once this is complete, it is then inoculated for a second fermentation in the bottle under a crown cap, thus
