The Joel Gott 815 Cabernet Sauvignon has aromatics of roasted blue fruit

plum and gooseberry

which is rounded out with vanilla

Too early for drinking now but this is near perfect. Real depth, floral notes, beautiful structure. Very long finish. Excellent.
