DALTON EST CAB SAUV Bottle:1 and light honeyThe Dalton Winery is set in the beautiful green, mountainous country of the Upper Galilee, five kilometres from the Lebanese border, overlooking the Hermon Mountain. The grapes were selectively picked in late September and early October. The wine was aged in French and American oak barrels for about 9 months. Once the aging was complete, each barrel was individually tasted and the final blend was made. The Cabernet Sauvignon Dalton is a dark, rich and
