Launched in 2023 as the third release in the Extinct Blends Quartet, a collection of four whiskies that pay homage to styles of Scotch from the past. Metropolis is a nod to the industrial past of blended Scotch and is said to have been inspired from a recently lost blended Scotch whisky with a 'long history', and by the mixing of cultures that happens in cities. Produced from a
