Great aromatic intensity dominated by ripe red and black fruits (blackberries, raspberries and black plums). Full bodied, with good tannins, balanced acidity and a long finish. Named after the black pigs that furnish the fine hams of the Alentejo, this wine is soft, juicy and easy with ripe berry fruits and plenty of acidity.
