The top of the ring was originally an antique 18k gold brooch (circa 1870 1890) that our jeweler transformed by removing the pin findings and adding a 14k gold band. The face of the ring measures 0. 4 inches by 0. 8 inches wide, and it is in great condition. The ring is a size 7, but it can be resized free of charge. Materials: 18k
