The Chardonnay is made in the classic Mount Eden style: hand picked, whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented and aged on the lees in Burgundian barrels. The 2021 is a blend of about 60% Domaine Eden fruit and 40% Mount Eden estate, which makes it punch well above its weight. Cool climate, mineral, and tightly drawn rather
