Made from the Yabukita cultivar and harvested on May 20, 2020, this shou style aged tea comes to us from a terroir that is close to the sea and characterized by volcanic soil. This terroir lends itself to a micro enzymatic fermentation that sets it apart from those using the same shou style processing for post fermented teas
