Mills Saison Hallertau - Blend Three Style_Mixed Fermentation Brewed for EasterBottled February 2026 Saison Hallertau is a bitter, amber saison with a good balance of malt, yeast and hop flavour. This iteration was made from a blend of two barrels from two worts, brewed in Spring and Autumn 2024. We used single infusion mashes to produce fermentatble worts, resulting in dry finished beers.
