Matured in a selection of bourbon barrels, toasted American oak barrels, PX sherry butts and refill hogsheads for a minimum of 5 years. The result is a whisky with notes of seaweed, citrus and pinewood on the nose. The palate shows gentle smoke and a touch of salinity.
