The bouquet reveals signs of evolution with butterscotch and caramel followed by honey and burnt sugar. However, the fruit is still there with layers of dried apricot and white raisin. This Vin Santo represents a blend of Trebbiano and Malvasia, and the grapes are left to dry for 90 days. It ages for 10
