Sourced from highaltitude parcels planted on limestonerich soils, the grapes achieve a natural balance of ripeness, tension and aromatic purity. Farmed by hand and harvested in small batches, the fruit is pressed gently and fermented with native yeasts, allowing the wine to reflect its
