Aroma : Agave, cinnamon, caramel, and grass notes. Taste : Light agave, and peppery spiciness. Caramel here as well. There is also a bitter acidic note that goes along with the agave caramel combo. Finish : Medium length with more peppery spiciness and some alcohol heat.
