Veuve Clicquot 2015 Vintage Champagne 75cl Glen Scotia rounded sweetness supported by flavoursThis is the vintage vintage under the current chef de caves Dominique Demarville which has resulted in this lovely wine. The blend is made up from 61% Pinot Noir, 34% chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier. A small amount about 5% was ferment inlarge oak vats and the doage is 8g litre. Fresh and lively, with citrus and white stone fruit. A very precise wine with some toasty notes, well balance and excellent wine.
