Eraldo Viberti Langhe Nebbiolo 2019 Bottle:1 The nose is more restrainedIntense ruby red color with violet reflections; intense and persistent bouquet, fruity and floral. This is classic old school Nebbiolo with dried fruit and fresh tobacco notes on nose with just enough subtle fruit on palate and healthy, but not over powering, tannins. Gastronomic combinations: excellent with stewed red meats, ideal for boiled meats and bagna cauda with semi mature cheeses.
