Clear, bright, medium straw with a green hue and a lively petillage. The nose is clean, youthful, with aromas of green orchard fruit, bitter lemon, grapefruit and wet stone. The palate is dry, with medium (+) acidity, medium alcohol (12%). It has a nice, clean, refreshing finish with a mineral note. It does not appear to be three years old and is likely to
