the wines were basket pressed and settled overnight before being moved to French oak barrels (primarily Sirugue)

Corn Whiskey infused with cinnamon and other natural flavors

after which the wine from each class is kept separately for 12 months in French barriques of medium roast

The use a double distillation method where the "low wines" (or lightly distilled muscat wine) is infused with the botanical range and then re distilled to the higher proof.
