This guitar has just had a beautiful pro setup and new nut installed; the original nut is inside the case. This LP Custom is playing and sounding awesome. The Silver Burst is becoming quite a popular finish and this is from the first full year that Gibson offered it. The Silver Burst finish was a way for Gibson to celebrate the 25th year the LP. Production started around late 78.
