The wine is clean, sharp but bold and generous at the same time. There is a touch of bitter almond, followed by softer tones of red berry and spice on the palate, with a long, lingering finish. A more juicy and approachable sangiovese than its big brother, Brunello. The blackberry, red and black cherry fruit is ripe and
