Sheeps Dip Malt Whisky 70cl Evan Willams Whereas the heavy aniseed flavourSheep Dip Malt malt whisky has been made using 16 different whiskies. The name derives from a time when farmers hid their home made whisky from the nosey excise officers in barrels marked "sheep Dip". Sheep dip has been made by Richard Paterson, he selected sixteen malts from the four regions of Scotland, aged between eight and twenty one yers and married them in fresh American oak barrels to produce this exceptional whisky.
