Cecillon Dragon Eau-De-Vie LOCATION:M2B3 P3C4 still youthful but certainly potentThis unique eau de vie is made from distilled cider from grapes grown on the estate at Domaine Johanna Cecillon. Before distillation, the ciders are aged on the lees in both barrel and tank for more than a year. The blend before distillation is both fruity and tannic ciders. The nose is powerful with spicy apples and pears with a beautiful roundness and freshness onthe palate.
