A fine prickle on the tongue accentuates flavours of ruby grapefruit, fruit tingles and sourdough super fresh! How was it made? Hand picked Yarra Valley Shiraz was gently squished to release the juice, which fermented cool until almost all the grape sugars were converted to alcohol by our mates, the yeasts.
