Lovely bottle development with flavours that reflect the nose, along with nutty hints. Decent length and complexity with a really elegant mousse. Made in the traditional method from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. It is aged on its lees for three years before being disgorged to develop delicious biscuity toasty flavours.
