The muted nose brings whiffs of purple violets, lavender, licorice, and anise. The palate is full, square, compact, and closed, bringing hints of deep blackberry, black cherry, and some high toned green bitter notes that segways into a tannic finish. This is super well structured and has the right stuffing, but will be best 2025+.
