Fermented in glass lined cement and aged 12 months in large Slavonian oakthe same extended maceration as their Brunellothis wine opens with herbal aromatics that blow off to reveal woodland berries, crushed rocks, and sweet smoke. Remarkably fresh and energetic with zesty acidity and serious structure.
