Les Enfants Sauvages "Che Chauvio" Cotes Catalanes Rouge 202 2020 (Case only) Case Size:12 Yamhill Cuvée is named for"Che Chauvio" is an Occitan dialect meaning "If you know" because it is so atypical, if you only knew where it comes from! This wine comes from 3 vineyards (2 plots of Cinsault and one plot of Syrah). This is juicy, fresh and very light bodied with mouthwatering red berry fruit, beautiful minerality and silky tannins.
