A wine that is only in a completely different league than the heavy, raisins and sweet wines. A wonderful jovial wine, but by no means one dimensional wine that is good natured in almost everything from the kitchen. Intense ruby red color with wide bouquet of ripe red fruit and hints of spices, reminiscent of tobacco and black pepper.
