This is a delightfully light, floral gin that is both juniper and citrus forward; there are ten botanicals used but the recipe is a closely guarded secret. The gin is made in small batches of 250 bottles and the nice people from the distillery donate money to the Cornwall Wildlife Trust for each bottle sold.
