Vincent Couche Sensation Extra Brut 2000 Size:1.5 l acidity and angular berry andThis is a cuvee that spent just shy of 20 years on its lees and is made up of 50 50 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. (This was farmed organically and it is in later years that Vincent converted over to Biodynamics.) The nose opens with a light suggestion of buttercream, lemon oil, golden apple and a just there note of baking spices. The palate is moderate in weight and gorgeously balanced by notes of cream, lemon oil, and pear galette.
