Lindauer Special Reserve Brut Cuvee 750ml Nola's textured mineralic palate with aA drier style, the high proportion of Pinot Noir adds weight, flavour and depth of colour. The Chardonnay creamy notes while the Pinot Meunier gives fruit weight and fleshiess. The biscuity, yeast and toasted nut characters are a legacy of extended maturation in bottle on yeast lees. This Brut Cuve has a vibrant gold colour (quite different compared to other sparkling wines) creating a unique sparkling wine to enjoy!
