It recalls raspberry, strawberry, cherry, blackberry and rose, all mixed together. The taste is rich, fragrant, characterized by a good sourness that expresses freshness. Fruity final. Excellent with vegetables, it has to be served at 14C in a high, wide wine glass that allows the diffusion of the perfumes. It reaches an alcoholic strength of 12% Vol.
