This allows us to create a wine that is balanced, complex and absolutely delicious. The cold climate lots impart dried herbs and brisk acidity. The warm climate lots add melons, peaches, richness and viscosity. The winter was wet, the spring was mild and the bulk of the summer was clear and dry. Record breaking heat in early September
