Enric Soler Penedes Xarel·lo Espenyalluchs 2024 SPBURGUNDY Traditionally it's PaisOrganic. Biodynamic 100% Xarello. This is a single vineyard wine drawn from the plot called Espenyalluchs, a gently sloping parcel at 400msl with clay soil covered by small pebbles. Its a single hectare planted with a careful massale selection of the best vines from Solers original 1945 plot called Vinya dels Taus. The wine ferments and ages on the lees for nine months in the oldest 300l barrels in the cellar. Harvest was the first of September 2024;
