S. 3c red Washington embossed buff entire, employed as a paste up envelope without addressee, showing Victoria PAID V. I. unframed handstamp frank in blue (R. Lowe HS 3) to indicate 2p Colonial postage had been prepaid, superb strikes of the oval Wells, Fargo & Co DEC 7 Victoria cancels in blue (R. Lowe HS 34). Very attractive and seldom seen, Very Fine
