• 80% Sauvignon Blanc & 20% Roussanne • Keermont's vineyard team use pliers to pinch the stem of the bunches when the grapes are at optimal ripeness • Hand harvested • Fermented with indigenous yeast in Hungarian and French oak barrels • Aged for 18 months in these same barrels • Only 2566 bottles produced
