North British 36 Year Old Adelphi 1995 a drop or two ofA single cask, single grain release from the North Bristish distillery in the Lowlands, by independent bottler Adelphi. Distilled in 1987, matured for 36 years in a refill bourbon barrel and bottled in 2023. Only 208 bottles were produced. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 47. 5%. Nose: Cream soda, sponge fingers, coconut macaron, macadamia nuts, creamy treacle, biscotti, Frangelico. Palate: Pineapple upside down cake, vanilla ice
