Vilmart is known for rich wines like this, with a high proportion of Pinot Noir in the blend. It's full, with a good balance of dosage and a crisp finish Light yellow. Initially mineral on the nose, slightly toasted over a floral, fruity background. Full bodied with light bubbles. Freshness is present and lingers pleasantly over quite delicious fruity notes.
