La Adelita Tequila is harvested and distilled on a Single Estate Plantation located in the heart of the highlands of Jalisco, where the best agave is grown. It is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave and distilled in small, Cuban Copper pot stills. The Anejo is aged 18 months in second use American Oak whiskey barrels. The barrels are then re toasted
