I'm note sure who the intaglio depicts, it may be based on Antinous but I'm not sure. The silver part of the pendant is vintage and has been crafted to house the antique intaglio. The item weighs approx. 4. 80g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. As to be expected, the item isn't stamped hallmarked, it tests for high grade silver (800+).
