Concentrated and smooth, showing a good balance between sweetness and typical acidity associated with aged Tawnies. An involving wine with a long lasting finish. Excellent digestive, it must be served at room temperature (18oC 64oF) or slightly chilled. Splendid with cheese, chocolates, sweets and desserts, toasted almonds, walnuts, light puddings and cakes.
