After sitting for a few minutes the sweetness is replaced by dried citrus, a little bit of baking spice and a soft floral note. Palate: Semi sweet chocolate, leather, lemon oil, long delicate minty finish. The mouthfeel is viscous. There's a note of panela sugar and black pepper that I love!
