Pass Wines Sonoma Chardonnay Yellow Label 2019 750-12 2019 Bottle:1 This single vineyardThe grapes were harvested in the morning and whole cluster pressed the same afternoon. The juice sat in a stainless steel tank overnight without temperature control and without Sulphur. The next day, the juice was racked from the bottom valve to neutral barrels. Fermentation started natively and was allowed to ferment without any intervention. Malolactic fermentation was native as well.
