The wort underwent an extended boil with large quantities of aged hops

fermented in barrel with our respective house cultures

it spent 10 months resting in a barrel that previously held Heaven Hill bourbon

Finback x Horus The Hawk And The Whale Size_355ml Multi-oat / Wheat IPA brewedA 12% Imperial Stout brewed with Kopi Luwak coffee, roasted with hazelnuts or, some of the worlds most expensive coffee, pooped out of a civet cats butt and then meticulously harvested by some super farmers and made into rich, velvety goodness. We brewed this with Horus Aged Ales Half the batch went into barrels.
