It has signs of maturity in the hints of toast and almonds while showing a crisp, tightly mineral texture. Its a great food wine, very fresh with good depth of flavor. The acidity at the end is bright and refreshing. The Blanc de Blancs, made from three excellent vintages, has fresh aromas of
