It opens with a wet stone bouquet with a hint of peach. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and nicely acidic. The flavor profile is a mineral infused strawberry with a hint of peach. The finish is dry and refreshing. This is a very nice everyday Rose to have on a hot summer day. I would serve this slightly chilled with a grilled mahi mahi sandwich. Soft pink robe.
