Witches Falls Wild Ferment Chardonnay SOTCLEARANCE A light brick redFermented with native yeasts and matured in new and old oak barrels. It's a sunny, golden expression of chardonnay. Honey toast, ripe apple, peach and cream all jostling in the big fog of perfume. The palate shows more tension than expected, green apple, sweet peach, vanilla, faint toasty notes and chalky, minerally characters found harmoniously and seamlessly woven. Full flavoured, generous but well balanced, is the deal. Very pleasing indeed.
