2022 Tscharke Shiraz Shiraz Shiraz 750ml Stefano Lubiana Estate HARVEST DATE: 2nd & 28thVintage Notes The 2021 growing season started off remarkably well with deep soaking winter rains extending into spring, ensuring excellent soil moisture and reducing frost risks. A mild spring at bud break set the stage for an outstanding vintage. Despite a dry season, the conditions were relatively mild, with warm days and cool nights. The low disease pressure resulted in fruit that was flavorful, high in natural acidity, and had modest sugar levels.
